Renting a car from Europcar at Sofia Airport several times this year I can strongly recommend the quality of the service. Friendly and professional staff, clean car in a great condition, very quick pick-up and return of the car.

Friendly staff, quick handling and nice car. The new rental car parking lot is easy to find. No negative points.

Fast and efficient service, car is in very good condition and the parking is easy to find and not too far from the exit.

Взяли в аренду машину с 21 по 28 октября.затем нам приписали повреждения,которые были при получении машины и списали деньги.все попытки отменить данный счет отклонены.даже предоставления видео как доказательство не помогает.просто гоп стоп какой то..

Personnel très sympa à l'arrivée quand on prend la voiture Très désagréable au retour. Pour nous on a eu le droit à 330 euros de franchise en moins pour une rayure imaginaire sous la voiture. A fuir !

Terrible experience, asked for additional payment not listed on the website upon arrival which I obliged with and paid, after my rental they deducted over 300 euros from my account due to scratches UNDERNEATH the front bumper which were not caused by myself They don’t mention small damages in the damage report and then try to pin you for it Annoyed I didn’t check the google reviews prior to renting to see they have done this same fraud to other unsuspecting customers. Dispute with bank has been filed stay away from these scammers

I rented a car from the office at the airport in Sofia, there were rude officials who took a huge deposit even though I made a deal including an extended insurance package, when I returned the car there was a guy who decided that there was a small scratch on the bottom of the front bumper of 3 cm and the girl was rude and didn't know how to work With people the sentence was 350 euros from the deposit I paid at the beginning. recommend you check other offices
