EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN HIRING WITH THIS COMPANY. Getting the car dropped at our accommodation we thought was good service - but it also meant we only saw the car then and couldn't change it. The Chevrolet Aveo we got was not in a good condition. The back left tyre was so bald, it would never pass a warrant of fitness in our country. We were only renting the car for 2 days and were not going far so we thought it would be ok. We drove short distances, carefully and with several stops. The car started smelling and making some strange noises, a light also came on in the dash indicating a fault and it was very hot. We messaged the company but they said not to worry about it. We put water in the next day, checked the oil and hoped for the best. It started well, but then the power completely went and the car died as we were driving it back to Burgas. Thankfully we could push it off the main road and waited for someone to collect us. Thanks to his speedy driving we got to our scheduled train to Sophia in time. Staff were responsive and great (hence 2 stars not 1), but the car we got was a terrible standard, and there was no compensation/ refund for what happened to us. Make sure you see the car before hiring. Also the price per day for 2 days was a lot more expensive than hiring for 5 days.

Very professional and trustworthy company from start to finish. Our car was delivered to our Airbnb in Sofia by a very friendly guy. We spent 2 weeks touring the whole country mountains, forests, lakes, cities and the whole black sea coastline and the car never let us down. Returned it to the same guy in Sofia. We will be using them again this summer. Highly recommended.

Zlatomir and OK Tours provided an excellent rental car service for me in Burgas. He was very helpful in communicating by email (and in good English) when I had to make reservation changes and offered a much better rate than the big companies. The car was automatic transmission, very clean and turned out to be a much better way to explore Bulgaria than relying on slow, crowded buses. Highly recommended.

Аренда авто для иностранцев доступна только если имеется регистрация места жительства в городе, проживаешь в гостинице. Если приживаешь у знакомых или в арендуемой квартире, то машину в аренду в этом месте тебе не дадут. Но до получения этой информации еще зададут вопросы с какой ты страны, когда приехал, когда уезжаешь, каким способом приехал в Болгарию, куда планируешь поехать на арендуемом авто… Желание арендовать авто пропадает.

Very smooth experience. The customer service was really helpful and friendly. The car was reliable and cheap to fill up. Would rent again!
