Everything was perfect. Guillermo was very helpful and responsive. Really great guy. German English Spanish no problem. Scooter Honda 350cc was in good condition, no extracharge for a top case. Airport pick up and drop off went well. I will book again next time. Many thx!!

very poor service, if they don't have an answer for you they will just avoid you and let you send 10 email call 5 times before they make the "favor" of responding. they made me travel for 3 hours by train because they "couldn't move the bike". Once I reached the rental store the person there told me it could have been arranged without problem it was just NEVER ASKED FOR FROM MOTOROADS. if you don't have too than don't book with them just go directly to the local rental store. you will save money and bad service from them

I rented from MotoRoads in Barcelona, Spain in May and June 2024. I had the 2023 Honda 750 TransAlp for 3 weeks. The price must have been good, or I would have rented somewhere else. The bike came with panniers and a tailbag. I rode to Normandy for the 80th D-day anniversary, then back down through Spain. I only had 1 problem-a flat tire. And that highlighted the service from my rental. Friday evening, 5 days before my flight home my rear tire had a flat. I contacted Anton, where I picked up the bike. I was in a remote area with no clue how to handle the issue. I parked the bike, found a hotel, and at 9 pm I was communicating with Anton. We texted back and forth till 12:30 am Saturday morning. Most bike service is closed Saturday and Sunday. He found a shop 70 miles away that could probably replace the tube. He had a flatbed truck pick me up at 8 am and deliver me to that shop. And I guess that truck was covered by some insurance that came with the rental. I didn't pay for it. But just after noon I was on my way again. I've rented all over the world and seldom had problems. My usual running out of gas being the only other assistance I've needed. But with much needed help in a remote area with my flight time approaching, Anton came through with flying colors. Anton gets my first ever A+++++++ rating.

Booking was super easy. The scooters were at the airport at the agreed time, where we received a great briefing. We were able to return the scooters to the airport as agreed. This was very straightforward. It wasn't the first time we booked with you. And definitely not the last time. Renting a vehicle is fun. The scooters were in perfect condition. We would rent there again and again.

Booking was super easy. The MC and helmets, etc were at the airport @ the agreed time, where we received a great briefing. My helmet was to smal, but we whent to the office and it was sorted asap. We were able to return the MC to the airport as agreed. No problem att all. It was the first time we booked with you. And not the last time. The MC was in perfect condision. Everybody was super friendly.

Easy to book. Customer service was great. The process of getting the bike was pretty smooth and easy. If I have the opportunity again I would use again. Rented in Milan and went up to Lake Como.
